Let me introduce you to our Kennel Master, Camille Geraldi. She believed that working with dogs would be good for her children and proceeded to become a Certified Trainer. What children? Camille, along with her husband Dr. Mike, have adopted eighteen (yes eighteen!) children with Down syndrome and other disabilities and medical problems. They also have twenty-two other children and adults living with them in respite care and permanent guardianship! Please see our Foundation webpage for more information at www.possibledream.org
And yes, the children love to help with our pups! When they come home from school (on our 39 acre homestead),  they take the dogs for on-lead walks and interact to socialize them. We then started a breeding program for German Shepherd Dogs.

Our other Certified Trainer is Bill Finks. He can do it all! He can train the gentlest dog to become a service or companion dog - and then turn around and train a dog to be a protection dog as well. What's in between? Dogs are trained for Obedience, Drug and Bomb Detection, and Search and Rescue. Do you have a dog with bad "habits" that you feel need some behavior modification? Bring them here! Bill will work on your individual requirements for two weeks at our kennel and then give you four private lessons to help you learn our techniques and have your dog listen to you, too! You can read about our Training Program on the Training Program Page.
