Search and Rescue:

Egos, a black German Shepherd has been extensively trained in this area.
We can give him a whiff of Bill's coat and then Bill will go into hiding. Egos
will follow his trail through the fields, along the river, up the hills and behind
trees to locate him or anyone else he has been given the scent of.

Champ, one of our special-needs adults, trains
with Bill and Egos as they "hunt" for someone.

Pawsable Dream Dogs:

Pawsable Dream Dogs is one of the aspects of Mount Holly Kennels that we are most proud of. This area of our kennels involves training service dogs for handicap and medical alert assistance. What makes us special is that we use our handicapped and medically involved children to help train the dogs. The dogs grow accustomed to our children's special needs, which makes them all the more sensitive and attentive as assistance dogs! We have trained dogs in all areas of assistance work, including sleep apnea and seizure alert and wheelchair companion dogs.

The kids are the focus of Pawsable Dream Dogs and our best trainers as well. Here, Meredith works with one of the Shepherds.

Bill brought Molly, one of
our Shepherds, to Miami to
interact with the kids.
Here, Kyle works on heel exercises.
